Savannah, Beaufort, Charleston

SAVANNAH GA

Marina in Savannah GA 8 foot tide. 

Barnacles on the dock posts. Sometimes underwater and sometimes not. 

Oldest baptist church in Savannah.  Beautiful churches, houses
and streets.  People were practicing social distancing. We don't mind that things
are closed we can get around without fighting crowds and we still see a lot . 

BEAUFORT SC

We had a mooring ball at Downtown Marina for two days.  This
town is beautiful!! We went by the historic houses where they
filmed The Big Chill.  We biked around and appreciated the flowers and the potted plants.

So did we mention that our bikes fold up and we can dinghy them
in if we are anchored or on a mooring ball?  Yes that is our bikes in those black bags.
  It makes for a packed ride.  

We rode our bikes out to a National Veterans Cemetery. It is always
so humbling to be on this hallowed ground.  

B & B SEAFOOD

Captain Tom was very happy to stop by a seafood shop and buy shrimp
right off the boat.  B & B Seafood said they could hardly keep up
with the demand since restaurants are closed. 

Anchorages are sometimes so perfect you have to pinch yourselves to remind us that
we are in the picture.  This was Church's Creek and we were there on a Sunday!

CHARLESTON SC

We cannot get enough pictures of these trees. Majestic and beautiful.

Cemetery in the French Quarters, we were struck the beauty.

We found a Lutheran Church ! No services ,does it count if we walked by on a Sunday.

Once again you cannot get enough at looking at these
big and beautiful houses.  

We found a restaurant to carry out our food and then Joe
found us chairs in front of a closed hotel to eat.  Nothing like having a
picnic in downtown Charleston.
